What express is good for
Documents

Samples and small parcels
Product samples to a buyer, a replacement part, a phone. Low weight, high urgency.
Time-critical stock
A shelf about to go empty. Express costs more per kilo and earns it back in days saved.
What it costs and why
Express pricing is driven by volumetric weight — the larger of actual weight and the space the box occupies.
Pack tight
A half-empty box is charged for the air inside it. Trimming the carton is often the cheapest change you can make to an express quote.
Declare honestly
The declared value sets the customs treatment and what a claim is worth. Understating it to save a little tends to cost a lot at the border.
