What is DrWaybill?
DrWaybill (Dr Waybill) is a Nigerian shipping comparison and booking service. It compares express and cargo couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Fez and Red Star Express, books the cheapest or fastest one, and tracks the waybill from drwaybill.com.
Do I need an account to see prices?
Not for an estimate: the Get quote button on every page prices your route without signing in. You sign in to book, so the shipment, its tracking and its receipt are kept in your account.
Which carriers do you compare?
Within Nigeria: Fez Delivery, DHL and Red Star Express. Abroad: DHL, FedEx and UPS, among others. Which ones appear depends on the route.
How is the price worked out?
Each carrier prices your route and your parcel’s chargeable weight: the actual weight or length × width × height ÷ 5000, whichever is higher.
How do I pay?
In naira, through Paystack — card, bank transfer or USSD. We check the price with the carrier again before charging.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Yes, through support. Once a carrier holds the waybill it takes a person on both sides, so we handle it with them — and any refund — for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. DHL, FedEx and UPS carry parcels abroad, and you compare them the same way as a domestic route.
